LAPSANG SOUCHONG tea is our top quality smoked tea. A traditional smoky tea produced by drying the leaves of the tea bush over smoking pine fires giving a smoky, tarry aroma and flavour. Lapsang tea is perfect on its own or with traditional English breakfast foods.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Black Tea. Smoke
SUGGESTION: 1 heaped teaspoonful of tea per cup, add freshly boiling water and infuse for up to 4 minutes. Perfect with or without milk. Do not infuse for too long or the brew may become too powerful.
