LAPSANG SOUCHONG is a traditional smoked tea produced by drying the leaves of the tea bush over smoking pine fires giving a smoky, tarry aroma and flavour. Perfect on its own or with traditional English breakfast foods.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Black Tea. A delightful black tea from China.
SUGGESTION: 1 heaped teaspoonful of tea per cup, add freshly drawn boiling water and infuse for up to 7 minutes. Perfect with or without milk. Do not infuse for too long or the brew may become too powerful.
